Registration Fee – Non-Refund Policy

Eagle Safety Institute

1. Non-Refundable Fee: Once the registration fee is paid, it is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Seat Confirmation: The registration fee is collected to reserve the candidate’s seat and cover administrative and processing expenses. Therefore, it cannot be refunded if the candidate cancels admission or does not join the course.
3. No Transfer or Adjustment: The registration fee cannot be transferred to another candidate, batch, course, or adjusted against any future admission unless approved in writing by the Institute Management.
4. Absence or Withdrawal: No refund will be provided if the candidate withdraws, remains absent, discontinues the course, or fails to complete the admission process after registration.
5. Exception for Special Circumstances: A refund request may be considered only within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of payment and only under genuine special circumstances, subject to the approval of the Institute Management.
6. Acceptance of Terms: By paying the registration fee, the candidate confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Institute’s admission terms and the non-refund policy.
